Professor Bingy sells premium custom apparel and related merchandise. Products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Designs, collections, and availability may change without notice.
2. Orders & payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability).
3. Shipping & delivery
Ships delivered within two weeks of purchase from the time your order is processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner. Processing typically begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout ($5 for the first shirt, plus $2.50 for each additional shirt).
- We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please verify your shipping details before placing your order.
- Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.
- Once shipped, tracking information may be available through our order tracking page or your shipping confirmation email.
4. Returns, exchanges & cancellations
Because items are custom printed to order, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@professorbingy.com with your order number and photos. We will review your request and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance before fulfillment begins.

We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. Sizing information is provided on product pages; please review size charts before ordering.
